While Adaline & The Fairies tries to do its best, we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly match the colours of our products. This depends on the colour reproduction of your mobile device and or computer.

Our items can contain small pieces or parts so please use discretion around ages 3 and under. 

Availability and preorders

We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order you place with us for any reason. For example, we may reject your order if we know or feel you have intentions on copying or reselling our products as a commerial business.

Discount codes

Discount codes are valid for customers of Adaline & The Fairies. Promotion codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion (sale). Adaline & The Faires reserves the right to verify the promotion discount code and may cancel orders where the discount code has been applied to a non-qualifying order.

Shipping

A lot of our products are handmade and made to order so turn around times will vary for each item. Please contact us for further information regarding shipping and turn around times. We suggest ordering at least a month ahead for special occasions.

Customers will be sent an email with order information and tracking once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available/updated.

Delivery times

We are not liable for any shipping delays or failure in delivery due to courier. For these circumstances, this is out of our control.

Privacy

Any and all information you provide us is strictly confidental. We do not give out or sell your name, email, address and or phone number to anyone. 

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Returns

All items are final sale due to the handmade nature. We do not give returns to change of mind, fit, colour or difference in expectations. If you received your product and it is found to be faulty, please contact us within 1-2 business day of delivery for assistance. We have a 30 day quality guarantee on jewelry.

Cancel an order

If a customer needs to change or cancel an order, you have 1 hour to change/cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.
